Management
Caleb Tower, CEO, is a printing and publishing industry veteran, system designer and expert on e-commerce in the graphic communications industry. Most recently, as VP of Product Management, he headed up sales, marketing and product management at Sprockets.com. Prior to that Mr. Tower held positions as Director of Product Strategy for PrintConnect (a print ecommerce application provider), Director of Business Operations - HLB Design and Director of Marketing Operations at Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing. Mr. Tower earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and MEM (Masters of Engineering Management) from Northwestern University.
Jack van Schouwen, CTO, has vast experience in software development. While associated with Software Systems Technologies he created a state of the art airline reservation system. He is credited with developing several specialized retail software applications for NCR Corporation and AT&T. Additionally, Jack has worked with various database application software packages for Honeywell Bull. His product PowerDrive™ won "Product of the Year" honors from Sun World magazine in 1994. Prior to founding P3 Software, Mr. van Schouwen worked as an independent contractor developing software and interactive web sites for a variety of companies and organizations. He also earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Miami.
Bob Yancich, COO, heads up sales and marketing activities. He also participates in product design and business planning activities. Mr. Yancich founded and operated a commercial printing business MetroPress from 1984 through 1993. In 1995 he knew there was a need for a software product to help print buyers organize the procurement process. He founded Graphics Management Incorporated and developed SmartQuote and Qlink - the predecessor applications to P3Expeditor. Clients for these products included Baybanks, Shawmut Bank, State Street Bank, ITT Sheraton, Harte Hanks and many others.
Mr. Yancich's recent experience includes General Manager of Northeast Operations for Moore-Wallace, Director of Business Development for Httprint (print e-commerce application provider), Sales Manager for PrintConnect (sold to Httprint) and Director of Production for IKON Document Services Watertown print production facility.
