Ordering Jobs– with P3Expeditor is a snap. Once the job is awarded to a supplier, you can click the Order Job button to open the ordering screen.

Price Quote– data from your selected supplier is conveniently displayed. Just double-click the final quantity and price you want from the quote or manually enter the the information. The purchase order field can be auto-filled with the job number or you can type in your purchase order number from another system.

Order Instructions– This large notes field allows you to enter the final production and shipping details for the job. These notes along with the job specs will be included in your work order or purchase order.

Sending Your Order– Since organizations have different purchasing requirements the P3Expeditor system is designed for flexibility. You can easily create and email or print out comprehensive "Work Orders / Purchase Orders" right from P3Expeditor. This "Work Order" can stand on its own or reference a purchase order number generated by another system. It includes the production dates, the supplier provided price, job specifications, instructions and your Terms and Conditions"

Accounting Integration– P3Expeditor can be integrated with accounting systems. This type of work requires custom integration, which we are always happy to do. However, we usually advise customers to use P3Expeditor un-integrated to start, and then work with us to see if system integration is cost justifiable.Starting this way provides valuable experience on the tasks that need to be done and allows the organization to get the initial benefits of P3Expeditor without delay. Integration adds icing to the cake!
