The P3Expeditor Process

From time to time your client will send you emails (or faxes) from the P3Expeditor system. These are not significantly different than the communications they have always sent by phone, fax, email or printed documents. They will contain requests for price quotes, job orders, reminders and other information regarding their printing projects. These messages do follow a specific process for managing printing projects as follows:

Buyer builds a job specification
Buyer requests quotes from suppliers (you get a message)
Optional: buyer reminds suppliers that their quote is needed (you get a message)
Supplier(s) sends price information to buyer (you get a confirmation)
Buyer evaluates price information
Buyer awards job (you get a message) OR you get a message that you did not get the job.
Buyer sends a work order with the final quantity and price to the supplier (you get a message)
