P3Expeditor: Reporting

P3Expeditor makes reviewing and reporting of print jobs easy. Several reporting features will allow print managers to look at past, present and upcoming job information.

Deadline Management
P3Expeditor makes managing your deadlines easy with our Job Schedules calendar system. All your active project deadlines appear in a convenient calendar through which you can access basic job details with one click of your mouse. Full job details are also readily available if you need to access them from the calendar.

Bidding reports
These are available to print out with color charts or instantly email to your internal customers, account executives or other involved parties - making communications quick and easy.

Supplier Reports
Once you get started with the P3Expeditor system you can quickly run reports detailing just how much business you are doing with a given supplier - number of quotes won/lost, total orders, etc. These reports will give you strategic information to share with your suppliers on where they are doing well, where they can improve and how they stack up against the competition.

Reporting for individual jobs is handled as options for the Job Notes report. The Bidding section of the report has bid turnaround times shown with the price data. The schedule, cost and quality performance information is also included in a special "Performance" section of the job notes report.

Aggregate reporting on supplier performance is handled through the reports module, where several new reports were added with the introduction of 'Supplier Performance Tracking' in May, 2006.

• Supplier Summary - includes a summary section on schedule and quality performance for each selected supplier(s) and job set.
• Supplier Bid Performance - summarizes bid turnaround times for the selected supplier(s) and job set.
• Supplier Performance - summarizes schedule and overall quality performance for the selected supplier(s) and job set.
• Supplier Budget Performance - summarizes the budget, purchase order and actual cost fields for the selected supplier(s) and job set.
