P3Expeditor: Working with your Suppliers

Working with your suppliers through P3Expeditor is fast and easy. You simply open the supplier selection screen by clicking on the "Select suppliers" button on the job master screen. This screen presents your portfolio of trusted suppliers. You simply double click the supplier's name and they are assigned to the job.

We recognize that most buyers already know and trust a group of printers with whom they have established business relationships. P3Expeditor is designed to enhance, not disrupt, those relationships. Your vendors do not have to purchase anything nor do they need any training. P3Expeditor is easy for them to interact with and will save your printer time while providing great communication and documentation.

Supplier Reports– Once you get started with the P3Expeditor system, you can run reports detailing just how much business you are doing with a given supplier: number of quotes won/lost, total orders, etc. These reports will give you strategic information you need to effectively manage your supplier base. Much of this data when shared with your suppliers will result in higher service levels and stronger relationships.
